These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile applications Shuno and NewsCap BD and the website awajlabs.com (together, the “Services”), operated by AwajLabs (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. You agree not to misuse the Services, interfere with their operation, attempt to access them by unauthorised means, or use them to infringe the rights of others.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
